When you place an order with Roadtrains.com.au we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and your shipping address. All orders are sent via Australia Post.
As a general rule of thumb, if the product you ordered is in stock and the shipping address is in Australia or New Zealand, your order should be delivered to you within 14 days of placing the order. If you live in a country other than Australia or New Zealand, your order should be delivered to you within 21 days of placing your order.
In regards to video and DVD purchases, we accept returns should the product be delivered to you in a damaged condition, or if the product is defective (i.e. video tape spool damaged) DVDs leave these premises sealed and unscratched, we will not accept the return of a DVD if you have inadvertently dropped and damaged it. It is up to the purchaser to ensure that the correct format is ordered (i.e. NTSC format for US and Canadian video players), there are no returns for incorrect ordering.
Downloadable media is non-refundable. It is up to the purchaser to ensure that their computer has the minimum system requirements.
In order to process your return we need you to send back the damaged or defective merchandise. Please pack all the items being returned securely in the original package if possible. Enclose a copy of the original packing list/invoice with the return merchandise. Be sure to keep the original packing list for your records. Include a note explaining the problem and if possible email notification of your intent to return to firstname.lastname@example.org . We replace damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you. We do not refund, only exchange.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. You will be reimbursed for your shipping costs with your exchanged merchandise.

All personal information collected is held in the strictest confidentiality. We will not share, sell, or otherwise distribute the information of our customers or those who otherwise provide personal information to us. Information collected is used to assist us to process and deliver your order. Your delivery address, as nominated by you, will be disclosed to Australia Post for delivery purposes.
We utilise the services of a secure gateway provider to process credit card payments. Your credit card information is NOT stored on our internet servers, anywhere on our site or in our offices. Your payment is processed via E-Sec, our merchant facility and your card provider.
